The Pulmo Foundation is a grassroots effort formed to identify and serve individual and community needs for persons with disabilities in the most integrative , holistic manner possible.
Our goal is to assist individuals in identifying their specific needs and to provide whole person "wrap around" services that will offer physical, emotional and, mental support to facilitate long term change, greater self autonomy and sufficiency.
Our foundation is committed to promoting and defending the rights of people with disabilities by creating programs that foster inclusion, provide access to employment opportunities and recreational activities that celebrate diversity, and strengthen communities. We will work tirelessly to build a world where every person , regardless of their abilities can thrive and reach their full potential.
