This is probably the area’s most upscale lodge, operating as a top fishing resort with the unique attraction of thermal mineral baths. It grew from a private 1950s hacienda into a modern 60-unit property consisting of Mediterranean bungalows that are terraced down an embankment toward a lovely pool area and beach. Facilities include a freshwater pool complex, two hot spring spas, a tennis court, spa services (massage/beauty treatments), local tours and conference facilities for up to 150. The resort also offers guests a top-of-the-line fishing fleet, diving services and a water sports center. Rates include three daily meals.
